Volunteer in Your Community
We’d love to have you join our volunteer team! TCK is made possible by volunteers and there is always room for more helping hands for cooking, delivering, or supporting special projects. Included below are all the ways TCK currently needs support from volunteers.
In the Kitchen
Assist with meal prep, packaging, and light cooking. No experience needed. Kitchen volunteers must wear closed toed shoes and a hat or hair covering.
Mondays, 10am - 2pm
Tuesdays, 10am - 2pm
Drop off packaged meals to our recipients in Truro every Tuesday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm.

On the Road
In the Community
We love to collaborate and combine resources to support our community in Truro and across the Outer Cape. If you’re a community partner looking to expand impact, get creative, or work together for collective grant seeking for specific projects that benefit our region, we would love to hear from you!

Our Story
TCK launched in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic with one very simple idea in mind: no one in our community should experience hunger or social isolation.
What started as a grassroots effort of cooking and delivering meals to neighbors in need quickly turned into a lifeline for many.
