What started as a grassroots effort of cooking and delivering meals to neighbors in need quickly turned into a lifeline for many. Hidden between the ocean and the bay is an unseen reality: 1 in 10 Cape Codders experience food insecurity, and 79% of Outer Cape residents report experiencing social isolation and loneliness that has worsened with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
